Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Non-returnable items include used, altered, or damaged products post-delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Method: Returns must be sent by mail.
  • Return Label: Download and print a free return label via our instructions.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are applied.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Timeline: It may take up to 10 days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment processor.
